How long does a typical MVP take to build?
Most MVPs take 8-16 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity. Simple apps might be faster; complex platforms with integrations might take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline with the Product Plan.
What if I want to use my own developers?
That's completely fine! The Product Plan we deliver during discovery is designed to be used by any competent development team. Founders may use it to hire elsewhere - no hard feelings.
How does the equity + cash structure work?
We typically structure deals with 50-70% cash payment and 30-50% of the project value in equity. The exact split depends on your runway, our belief in the opportunity, and mutual negotiation. We're flexible and transparent about this.
What happens if the project scope changes?
Scope changes are normal in startups. We use an agile process specifically designed to accommodate learning and pivots. Major scope changes may require timeline and budget adjustments, but we'll always discuss this openly before proceeding.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we're happy to sign NDAs before our initial conversation. We take confidentiality seriously and have standard mutual NDA templates ready to go.

Can you help with fundraising?

What if I'm not happy with the work?
We build in checkpoints throughout the process. If you're unhappy with progress at any milestone, we'll work to address concerns immediately. We've never had a project fail due to quality issues, and we're committed to your satisfaction.
